PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS

The input of Interested and Affected Parties is considered invaluable in the completion of  the BAR, EIA, EMPlan or EMPr. I&AP’s are invited to be involved in  the process.

 For ACTIVE projects, please use the link under CONTACT to email in order  to be included in the I&AP Register for that project. Include the following information on your e-mail:-

1. DMR Reference Number (given to you during the consultation process)
2. Your First Names
3. Your Surname
4. Residential Address (optional)
5. Postal Address (required for official correspondence)
6. Telephone Number (required in order to contact you)
   1. Landline and/or
   2. Mobile Number
7. Fax Number (optional)
8. Email address (not required but would be appreciated as it improves the consultation process and allows you to receive information reliably and faster.
9. Your reason for interest in the project. For example: owner portion RE2 of Hekpoort 52 KS
10. Please specify if you would like the link to be sent to you to download or view the PPP documents such as the Response Sheet, the draft BAR+EMPlan, Prospecting Work Programme etc.
